Slumbr ("we", "our", or "us") is developed and operated by ORMER AI LTD, Jersey, Channel Islands. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Slumbr app.

1. Information We Collect

Slumbr collects the following information that you provide directly:

• Child profile information (name, date of birth) — stored locally on your device only
• Sleep logs, nap logs, and sleep training session data — stored locally on your device only
• App settings and preferences — stored locally on your device only

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data entered into Slumbr remains on your device.

2. Microphone Access

Slumbr may request access to your microphone for the parent voice recording feature (Premium). Audio recordings are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

3. In-App Purchases

Slumbr offers optional Premium subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. Purchase information is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may collect anonymous usage data to facilitate subscription management. 4. Notifications

With your permission, Slumbr sends local notifications for sleep training timer alerts and bedtime reminders. These notifications are generated on your device and do not involve transmitting data to external servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Slumbr is designed for use by parents and caregivers. The app collects information about children solely for the purpose of providing personalised sleep guidance. This information is stored locally on your device and is never shared with third parties.

6. Data Security

All data entered into Slumbr is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not have access to your data.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Data → Clear All Data within the app. Deleting the app from your device will also remove all associated data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
